Little Girl is Aphex Twin
by Demosthenes on Jun.25, 2010, under Music
Some guy recorded his daughter making a ton of silly noises and then remixed them with the video to make a pretty cool song, akin to Aphex Twin’s work. I have to say, I’m semi-motivated to go to iTunes Store and see if I can buy this little girl’s song. It’s pretty rockin’. She’s tied with Tiny Art Director for the cutest kid on da interwebz right now.
Prisencolinensinainciusol with Subtitles
by Demosthenes on May.10, 2010, under Music
Italian artist, Adriano Celentano wrote this song with gibberish to sound like English. Youtuber emeryemery writes: What I have done here is add subtitles just for fun. It’s a different way of experiencing this insanely brilliant performance.
Hot Chip – I Feel Better
by Demosthenes on Mar.19, 2010, under Music
I really have no comment on this video. It’s weirdly funny, but that’s all I’ve got. Add this to v1r4l’s growing list of auto-tuned posts.

AutoTune tha Kitteh
by Demosthenes on Jan.15, 2010, under Music
This site has been notably devoid of kitten posts since Keyboard Cat made his debut on here. And, as any viral blogger would tell you, a site without cats is a site doomed to fail. So we’ve found this wonderfully melodic rendition from rathergood.com that highlights the musical talents of our furry, viral friends. I sorta love the sub-titles at the bottom, but not as much as I love that kittehs can haz autotoons.
Pants on the Ground
by Demosthenes on Jan.14, 2010, under Current Affairs, Film & TV
In what has to be the dumbest internet meme ever, Larry Plat receives his 15min of fame by singing his original “Pants on the Ground” on American Idol. The world may never be the same.
Wrong Hole
by Demosthenes on Sep.27, 2009, under Music
Any YouTube video with a guest appearance by Scott Baio is destined for v1r4l stardom. This video, called “Wrong Hole” is also called “Think Outside The Box”, which we prefer. Either way, it’ll get stuck in your head, so be careful of this while you’re humming/singing it back to yourself later.
A Capella Choire Blesses the rains down in Africa
by Demosthenes on Jun.08, 2009, under Music
They start out by snapping, then slapping their thighs, then jumping into a full on thunderstorm. After the shower passes, the choir beatboxes their way through Toto’s 1980′s classic “Africa” and finishes with one last clap of thunder. I guess it proves that viral videos, too, can be one-hit wonders.
